Event Coordinator

Our Event Coordinators know how to throw a party, and are fantastic at getting people there, involved, and engaged. We want our SendMe events to be attractive, full of passion, memorable, and compelling. From the invitations, event atmosphere, to the event line up and party favors—we are looking for creative minds that will go the extra mile to create an experience that is so incredible, personal, and connective, that people don’t have a choice but to want to get involved with SendMe.

Our event coordinators develop excellent event planning skills—both creative and organizational, as they join a team curating over 30 events annually. This includes original events, partner events, as well as our annual SHARE conference.

Working with the SendMe manager, YOU:

  • Plan 3 strategic original “SendMe” events a year in each province. You are involved in everything from the overall concept to the details that make an event run smoothly.
  • Work with local churches and ministries to seek out established events that we can partner with. Your goal is to coordinate and execute three partner events a year in each province.
  • Implement and develop our “SendMe Event” template that will enable us to accomplish maximum overall growth in awareness and engagement in SendMe.
  • Help develop and implement our “event recruitment” strategy.
  • Help develop and implement our event culture: the look, feel, concept, exhibit booth, props needed, stage design… etc.
  • Aim for 50% success rate. Meaning 50% of those in attendance actually join the SendMe movement.
  • Provide reports on all events, the details of what was invested, and what was gained.
